
Our teams often lead both regular, formal trainings, as well as hands-on, ad hoc technical assistance to partner organisation teams and local institutions. We also work closely with our partners to improve their data collection and analytical techniques to achieve high-impact partnerships and promote sustainable development. M & E advisory utilizes a multitude of capacity building methods including capacity needs assessments, on-job training, trainings and workshops, internships, and distance learning, amongst others. M & E Advisory regularly conducts enumerator trainings, as well as numerous events to support the development of skills of field staff, to ensure a quality product for the applicable donor Mission.
